Thanks everyone! I am trying to just stay focused as I know fitness is not just measured by the scale, however I guess that's how I am reassured what I am doing is working. I have never taken measurements but I think I will start :0) Thanks, again!

day 7 here and I was wondering if I shoudl give it up cause I am not seeing much in the way of results...stupid scale...lol! Maybe I will stick with it after all :0)
