I have a gluten sensitivity and found it really challenging at first too. After awhile it is pretty easy if you can lay off bread and pasta. Salad, meat and veggies make up a whole meal without any gluten. Cereal - chex snacks - nuts, cheese, some nature valley bars, fruits, veggies, hummus meat/fish - any!!! chicken,…

It was 14 exercises (2 minutes each) with a minute rest in the middle and a quick stretch before. I guess I will "swing" twice a week along with my regular exercises routine. I thought I was way stronger…

Honestly some days running seems easy then others my legs feel 1 million pounds. Hopefully APR 28 is a easy day... lol ya right. good luck everyone!!!

It is soooo helpful with encouragement and advice to be g-free in the real world. There are lists of food, cleaners, restaurants, etc that are gluten free. It has helped me out sooo much since I found…

I like to mix it up. Sometimes I will just do 2 different exercises (kickboxing and running/walking) and just alternate days. Then it doesn't feel like you are living in the movie Groundhogs Day.
