I use green tea tablets not so much for weight loss but i find they give me more energy so in theory more energy mean moving more means loosing weight lol add me if you like

sounds like your doing everything right but one thing to remember muscle weights more than fat and it might be that its taking your body a little longer to re-adjust to more muscle ??? so long as your loosing inches dont worry. I think sometimes its better to check our weight not just with the scales but the tape measure…

I know it might not be the sort of burn ext you want but try walking. if u go at a good pace it can give a nice little burn better that nothing and shouldnt cause any more damage. Hope your back to normal soon and well done with the lose so very very impressive :) x

bewildered !!!! me to be honest would see a doctor. walking is on of the most natural forms of exercise we do so get it checked just in case..it might be something as silly as the way you walk maybe you put more pressure on one side of your body than the other ??? hope you find what the problem is xx

I go normally once a day and i think its because of all the water and veggies i have always eaten. infact my bodys screams out for them if i have a day where i dont get enough now...it will settle down once yer system is use to it xxx

agree with the above too. you go mad and you end up damaging your body. some soreness is expected but not pain. maybe stick to 80 mins 3 times a week for 2 weeks and see how you go. good luck and well done you really are on the track for a good healthy body :) xx

I just think if i dont, I will always be fat and unhealthy and people will say yer yer just another diet shes going to fail that generally works for me lol xx

I use to do them to and from i know loads still do so maybe a re-visit is needed specially if u enjoyed them. They did work :) for me the only problem was some would take so long and being so slow i got bored lol but stuck it out for awhile as i did see results xxx

can i join in too. I will be walking might do a bit of jogging but yes walking. Have a good pedometer on my phone and a good route thats just over 10 miles along the river Thames so lets do it :) owww and pls anyone doing this pls feel free to add me xxxx
