I used to do this back in the 80s when it was hip; wondered if it was worth revisiting again - kind of like pilates - very small movements but used to hurt like mad and I think got results....

I use to do them to and from i know loads still do so maybe a re-visit is needed specially if u enjoyed them. They did work
for me the only problem was some would take so long and being so slow i got bored lol but stuck it out for awhile as i did see results xxx
