I've lost my 9lbs!!! Just a fraction of my goal but, I'm hoping to lose more by St Paddy's day. I wish someone would start another group for that! I have no idea how to start one. Good luck everyone else!

I've got 2.5lbs left to this goal. I'm not doing anything special just watching what I eat and doing about an hour of cardio 3-4 times a week. I have been thinking about incorporating strength training but I have no idea how to do that so I've been avoiding that.

Don't get discouraged! You may just be gaining muscle. Plus, you said you FEEL better so that counts!

Really? I will have to try that. Typically I get headaches with wine so I tend to stay away. Here's hoping things have changed since my younger years! Thanks!

Lol I've been fighting the urge to weigh myself all week! Now I just need to figure out how to have enjoyable food and not be hungry after. I've been looking at other peoples food diary and nothing they eat peaks my interest as filling OR delicious. Anyone have any suggestions?
