Anyone have advice on workouts for first trimester prego??

Just found out I'm prego 5 weeks along. I don't wanna stop working out all together. There is no way I'm gonna gain as much as I did with my son I just won't let myself. I just need advice on low impact workouts. I have a workout bike here that I can do. And I plan on walking my dogs more but what else is there???

    Definitely double check with your doc, but I've always heard that if you were pretty active before becoming pregnant that you can continue to do the same exercises you've been doing. Good luck!

    Swimming and yoga are great. And walking of course. Unless your doctor has told you you are a high risk pregnancy.
