Practically the same story here: used MFP a few years ago was down to about 115 (I'm also 5' tall), and have gained all the weight back plus some. Was absolutely horrified when I finally got the courage to step back on the scale, but now I know I really need to buckle down!

I drink probably 4 cups of tea a day, usually earl grey, english breakfast, or green. By far my favorite though is Tazo's Honeybush. If you haven't had it yet, I highly recommend it, it's an herbal tea that is naturally sweet, so no need to add any sugar/honey/artificial sweeteners. Perfect for that sweet fix!

Also re-starting! I had lost 10 pounds over the summer using MFP, then sort of hit a wall in my life and things got out of control eating-wise and regained those 10 pounds of progress :-/ Hoping to be more successful this time around! My significant other is quite the foodie so meals together seem to be the most…

Hello everyone! I'm Adrienne, I just finished grad school and have the summer off before starting to work. I put on some decent weight (read: 40 lbs) over the past few years and I'd like to get back to a weight that I feel good at. I started MFP a few weeks ago, and finding that sticking to the 1200 cals a day to be pretty…
