What I don't like about MFP is searching for foods and not finding what I need quickly or whether or not it's accurate. I just started adding foods to "My Foods" to make it easier. Yes I agree, I try t focus on something like the feeling of clothes fitting better, not feeling bad about my appearance first thing in the morning, DELAYED GRATIFICATION !!!

I started going to Anytime Fitness last week and I am very sore, this week I'm going to lift light weights and work on form, I think the extended soreness for my is my age, in the past the soreness went away quicker !!

I've just started going back to the gym after taking a year off (I moved to a rural area with no gym close by). This time I want to have more productive workouts. Being an introverted person working out alone fits me . A few sessions with a personal trainer are in order ,I think.

I use 2% milk and splenda, I can't drink black coffee anymore, it makes my mouth taste like I'm smoking a cigarette wich I haven't done since 1987.
