I hear that. Pulled out some compression shorts/underwear from years back. Felt like I was stuffed into a sausage casing when I tried to wear them before. They feel good now.

A quick and dirty analysis over two relatively short time spans shows fitbit overestimates my calorie burn by 30%. This will be my starting point when I reach maintenance. For now I only eat exercise calories when I feel unusually tired or otherwise out of sorts.

Just made this meat loaf for tomorrows dinner. Was never satisfied with a meat loaf I made until trying this recipe. Followed the recipe except for using a turkey beef mix and letting it cook most of the way through and draining the excess grease before putting the sauce on top. Came out to 182 calories per 100 grams.

French or Russian was my dressing of choice until I went on a search for a lower calorie option I found tasty. Kraft or Great Value brand lite raspberry vinaigrette is now my go to dressing. 30 calories per serving(30ml) compared to 70 to 130 for my former choices.

My non scale victory is I finally accumulated enough Ibotta points to cash in and buy a better scale. :p My old scale had a 500g limit. Very aggravating in many situations. The new MyWeigh KD8000 has an 8000g limit. Loving it thus far.

I think it's an excellent idea. Perhaps work the relationship of calories and nutrition into the conversation. For example, explain why even though they may need to eat xxxx calories to fuel their activities, it would not be a good idea to eat a big bowl of those M&Ms to do so.

Rode a non side by side ATV for the first time this summer. You have to really lean out and contort your body to act as a counterweight when traversing some of the rougher inclined sections of trail. Felt much more nimble than last year. Great fun.

Bought and wore a size 32 pair of jeans. The last pair of 32s I wore may have been bell bottoms. :D

For me it's happiness, which in turn means health in this context. Even at my heaviest my stock answer when friends asked "How are you?" was "Fat, full and happy". I was comfortable with my body image. Then a shockingly high BP reading and subsequent revelation of marginally high glucose levels took my happy. Now my health…

As of this morning I have lost 100 pounds by eating at 1500 calories and walking. Though I may have now maxed it out there was certainly great fitness improvements from the walking earlier on.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! 100lbs down and rocking. Will be doing some gardening today. Think I might hoist two fifty pound bags of soil on my shoulders and walk around a bit then dump them and run a bit just to emphasize this accomplishment. :) On to the one-fifties. B)
