  • Nice work! Check out that definition line!!
  • I had already set this goal for myself, so excited to have this challenge so that we can do it together!
  • Starting Weight: 196lbs Current Weight: 185lbs Septembers goal: 180lbs Ultimate Goal: 140lbs
  • I call troll. A normal person wouldn't come on to a forum on a calorie counting website and say they can't be bothered to write everything down because that would take all day. Obviously the tracking (not tracting) will give you a wakeup call to how much you're actually eating.
  • Wonderful to see, I'm 5"2 and it's exciting to see another person losing weight at my height - you look incredible!
  • 1 - Get to 183lbs (a loss of 4lbs) 2 - Work out to Dance Central every day I'm not working for 30 minutes 3 - Get at least 10,000 steps a day, even if I’m not working I'm doing great with 2 and 3 so far, sometimes I'm even working out to the dance game on days I AM working... but I'm still at 187lbs. Trying to stay patient…
  • What a beautiful figure - well done! You look great :)
  • Friend request sent, love your positivity!
  • Hey, feel free to add me too and we can support each other :) Also, search antishay on YouTube - a few years ago she lost a ton of weight and she is one of the most motivating people I've ever watched. She's got three years worth of videos to get through, plus a weight loss documentary channel (which I also watch when I…
  • Hey, I've just joined MFP to my Fitbit and I'm loving how much easier it is to know how many calories I can have in a day :) Add me for support, motivation and I'd also be up for some challenges at https://www.fitbit.com/user/2T9JY7
  • Everything seems normal except my calorie burn for that day - like brightsideofpink said, I usually burn 400 calories before I leave the house just by living. Even weirder is that it is back to normal today (2146 burned at 6:30pm) and I didn't change anything... I'm hoping it's just a one time thing because I really rely…
  • It's the fitbit telling me that 460 calories is my total daily burn. I've synced my fitbit a few times but it hasn't fixed it. I charged my fitbit yesterday, so I doubt it's low battery but I'll charge it again tonight. From the fitbit website, it looks like it hasn't counted any calories burned for me (despite it counting…
  • Hey Ashley, Maybe if you try upping your calories for a little while by setting your goal to losing one pound per week then you would find it easier to stay on plan - you could fit in more food when you're out and about but would still be losing and therefore stay in the "mode" you talked about. Losing two or more pounds…
  • A geeky girl from Melbourne here, looking to lose 65lbs (59 to go...) I'm sending a friend request! :D
  • This is very inspiring. I'm one week in, 6lbs down and love seeing stories like yours. Something I found helped with my fatigue (which was similar to what you're describing, worst when inactive and making it v difficult to get moving but once I'm there it's better) was taking an iron fortified cereal. So maybe get your…
  • 5"2 here and I've lost 6lbs in my first week, I want to lose 59lbs more to get to my goal weight of 130lbs. This is a brand new profile for me so I have no friends yet! Add me and give me support when I despair about not losing 6lbs every week ;)
  • I can see a HUGE difference, look at your waist!!! What a lovely figure. Keep it up, we've got your back :D
