Keep it up. Change it up a bit, though. Increase calories or decrease. Put in some more exercise. Sometimes our bodies need to be shaken out of the plateau.

I find that healthy nuts: raw almonds, cashews are a great source of protein, as is Greek yogurt...esp Lite and fit GreeK- 0% fat, 2x protein. Also..tuna and salmon are high in protein. I also eat protein bars...Pure Protein...20 grams of protein, 2 gms sugar and 5 gms of fat is a good one. That's some examples.

So I went to the site and did all the calculations. My BMR is 1298, Activity: 656, for a total of 1954. So do I eat a minimum of 1298 and a max of 1954? or somewhere in between?? More if I'm more active? Let me know, thanks. Ann

I like the pure protein bars...great source of protein, esp since I eat very vegetarian and have issues getting enough protein. Protein does help curb app. You feel full longer.

Wow...these are some great ideas. I've always been afraid to go 'over'...but since I've been so hungry lately..maybe that 's what I need to do... I don't know. I'll try it. Thanks. Ann
