hey everyone! I just started with c25k today (it was actually quite fun) and hope to stick to this program. I'll try c210k once I finish with 5k. posting here so I won't 'forget' Good luck to us all

Haha, the only good thing about being sick. Hope it passes soon :) Ok, so about this weeks weight - lost .9 kilos! I'm really glad I joined this challenge, kept me accountable. I did drink the 2.4l water every day but didn't stick to my plan a 100%. Overall it went well. On to next week!

Aaah summer is approaching so fast! I'm in. 3kilos seems like a reasonable goal though I wouldn't mind loosing more or a tiny bit less :) I started at 67kg, was 64 during my last weight in & will take this weeks official weight on Sunday. So that's roughly in lbs 148 > 141 > ? >> ultimate goal 123.5 (56kg)

The last few pounds are the hardest. Exercising generally makes you retain water, so it could be that. Maybe you're allergic to some item you're eating?

Hello everyone! Wednesday went ok for me, while Thursday was completely perfect. I've noticed that I drink A LOT of water lately, up to 6l a day, which is annoying. Could it be ketosis? I'm going to incorporate some fruit into my diet just in case. Good luck with the plan!

wow you're all so active! It's quite inspiring, I hope to start exercising again soon as the weather is getting warmer. Tuesday was a 'meh' day, I did stick to my calorie limit but couldn't resist having half a pack of bread :( (was aiming for a reasonable 2 slices) Not very filling unfortunately

wow congrats!

Perhaps it's water retention. Don't worry though, I see we are similar at weights/goals, I've also lost 0.5 pounds on some weeks yet I've had a loss of over 4 lb too. It all depends on sodium intake, exercise, alcohol, time of the month etc

It's probably not as bad as you think + time will reduce the sag a little bit more. A tan would help hide it as well Congrats on the loss!

Oh I can relate to that. I eat junk extremely rarely... yet every time I do, someone I know sees it and comments on the unhealthiness. Kind of makes me paranoid that they think I'm lazy and a bad eater :( It's quite silly though

Second hand stores are a life saver. Also tights are cheap and fit different sizes, I pair them with loose fitting skirts + belt. Brooches are useful for adjusting the fit of clothes and look pretty too Ah, can't wait until maintenance..

Good morning everyone! I managed to stick to my plan yesterday, though it was hard. 1 down 6 to go! Weight on May 9 - 64.3 kilograms = 141.8 lb Goal weight - 56 kilograms = 123.5 lb Good luck to you all :)

Great post! After all, we all are losing weight for ourselves in a way that works for us, not to please strangers

It definitely depends on proportions. I personally prefer fit and slim guys and I receive way more compliments at a lower weight as well. Meanwhile a friend of my mine who recently gained weight gets as much or even more attention than she got before. She's a hourglass while I gain mostly to my thighs and lower stomach and…

I'm in as well! Goals for this week - lose around a kilo - 2.4l water daily - stick to my plan for the entire week (this would be a great achievement for me... lack of willpower sucks) One step at a time :)
