i have been making my own smoothies with fresh fruit. It keeps me pretty full i may try to add veggies in my shakes but i am not sure as of yet on how it will taste.

Well i have been battling weight off and on and was just about to embrace it and then i saw mine and my daughters xmas pics that we are going to send out this year and ummm i am so embarrassed to send them out. That made me go to the gym for an hour today when i saw them.

My personal challenge this month is consume 40 oz water a day and get to the gym at least 2x a week . My biggest struggle is logging food.=( i have the hardest time charting food. Any suggestions.

Well I did my cleaning challenge yesterday. I wanted my apartment clean before she came home from her dad's. So i meet that challenge. i don't deprive myself of coffee but just think of it as if i finish at least 60 oz before lunch i can have a free drink with lunch =) i didn't get that yesterday but that's okay.

I didn't get the exercise in . My daughter had gymnastics class however i did get almost 80 oz of water in. I never drink flyids so that is an accomplishment.
