I agree the phone app is awesome. Keeps me on track wherever I go and also love the barcode scanner part. Whatever seasoning you like then top it with Panko (doesn't take much) mixed with a tbsp of evoo and broil or bake it until the top is crunchy. Simple but amazing. Enjoy.

How is your sodium level? I learned that one the hard way. Also make sure you drink lots and LOTS of water. Also you might try opening up your food diary so folks can have a look and give advice. Hang in there, they weight will come off.
