I purchased some running shoes from a local running store. They did stopmthem from hurting as much, they told me that my shins will hurt because they are not use to the impact also because the weight Im putting on them.. They said they will stop hurting when my shins gets use to the impact but I just want them to not hurt…

I was wonder the same thing? I am also 250 and 5'7..I try to run but my front shin starts to hurt after 2-3 mins.. So i just give up is that normal for my size?

I like a good spring mix salad with glazed pecans,shredded cheese,dried cranberries,chopped egg and a 2-3oz chicken breast with balsamic dressing or fat free french....yummy!!!!

Can you tell me what is heavy lifting? Does it work for people like me thats trying to loose alot of weight (75-100lbs) at the same time tone up?

What is the base of these shakes.... How much powder? what kind? How much milk or Soy? Wanted to know so i know how they came up with the calorie count

1.) Strawberry powder, frozen strawberry, soy milk or vanilla soy milk (less calories), and ice... 2.) Vanilla Powder, frozen mixed fruit, plain greek yogurt, and pure honey.....Its a meal replacement... 3.) Chocolate powder, soy milk and banana, ice Have fun!!! experiment too :smile:

I may not see any change on the scale but it looks like to me you lost some inches. Your stomach looks smaller, your back looks a little slimmer so i think you have lost some inches...good job!!!!

I believe you put the tape measure right on the middle of your bottom thats usually the biggest part, at least thats what i do

If I was you, I would defiantly have a talk with my husband and tell him if your not going to support me on my weight loss journey then I would appreciate it if you would not bring any junk food home for dinner. If you just feel you can't enjoy a healthy meal with me then I think I need to to start fixing my own meals…

out your calorie intake for your size and age in stick to it regardless of what your stomach is telling you..Lol..five meals a day in two snacks are the general rules..good luck...
