I love level one, hate level 2 I think the exercises on level 2 I think they are hard to master and I don't feel as though I am getting a proper workout, whereas I can kickass on level 1...Might skip level 2 and just start one level 3 and switch between the 2 levels, exercise is exercise I suppose.

I'm the same I am also on day 13, think I have lost half an inch from each thigh, but its my stomach I want it gone from, and nothing seems to be budging from there. Seen the before and after pictures of some other shredders though, so I am keeping going and hoping that I get the results. Keep going and stay strong :)

Thanks fo much for this advice, I had just worked out I was under eating so much. I have calculated my TDEE and I have updated my settings on MFP and it has took me up to 1587 calories a day. I'm going to stash my scales for a few weeks to let my body reset and adjust. Thanks once again your post and advice is really…

I am eating around 1200 calories a day, and some days I might eat back about 100 of calories burnt. I do 30 days shred and walking almost everyday. I have noticed my legs are more toned and can see the muscles defining more in my legs. I drink about 2L of water a day.

I am on level 2 of 30 days shred and been walking loads too. I think I may up my food intake, I don't think I have been eating enough. Might raise it to 1500 a day from 1200 and see how I get on doing that. Its just so frustrating I thought I would have lost 2lbs not gained. Arrrghhhh this process is really confusing

I have been investigating this today too, I have stalled with my weight loss. My BMR is 1544 and TDEE is 2396 and my cal intake on here is 1200. Not sure if I am under eating and to increase my calories to something in the region of 1700, but it seems a big jump to me. Read loads of posts on here, but I'm confused :(

Today is my day 4, I had yesterday as a rest day to let my muscles repair because my body was sore. As mentioned previous, my upper body strength is poor, so I am looking forward to seeing an improvement in this area. I feel loads better about myself already.
