  • i switched to vegan about 6 weeks ago and i dont think i will ever go back. I have twice as much energy and feel great. I am eating way more veggies then i used too and im cooking at home instead of eating out. Its been a great change for me and my husband.   • something with shrimp and avocado would be very healthy and not too high in calories. i get a roll at a local place that has shrimp, spinach, avocado, and cucumber, but i leave the spicy sauce off because it adds a lot of calories.

  • body glide is amazing. you can usually get it at running stores and some sporting good stores. i have used it for sports bra chafing and also for blister prevention on my feet. i haven't found anything better than body glide for preventing chafing and blisters.
  • congrats!! putting on your own clothes and seeing that fit better is just about the most motivating thing ever!! I just recently got back into my size 12 pants and it felt great!! Keep going and you will have to buy all new clothes cuz your old clothes wont even fit anymore!!! :-)
  • I get asked the same thing all the time and i just tell them H2O and leave them wondering if it is some kind of fancy european foundation or celebrity secret!! hehe but it is great when people give you compliments!
  • I would get the ones that go over the top of your feet for running. i have the ones that dont and they tend to slip off if im doing anything more than walking. I really like mine alot. i dont think there the best for rocky terrain but they work great for running on treadmill or on a paved path.

  • you start in a squatting position and jump your legs back to a plank position then jump your legs forward to your hands again then do an explosive jump up.... then you do the whole thing over again.
  • my trainer makes me do burpees then planks for a minute after i finish my burpees. i better be able to wash clothes on my abs after a few months!! :)

  • try those special k protien waters, they have lots of fiber and protien and they actually taste pretty good. you could drink a few of those a day and get the extra protien you are needing.

You would get to work in the health/fitness field and also use your psychology degree to help people over come there fitness battles! You may be able to start out at a gym and then maybe even start your own business as a personal trainer.
