ok this week was hard i did work out 6 days this week but i think my diet has too much sodium., cus at times i feel my hands swelling :-/. well next week i will watch my sodium intake more. its just that all the grab and go meal that are "healthy" has so much sodium. i guess i have to go shopping and prep food work the…

new to fitness pal im in. i will do the 30 day sherd starting now hopefully i can finish. wiil check in after week one 6 day work out 1 day rest wish me luck
