Who said that you have to start a challenge at the beginning of the month. (i know it's easier to track) but when you get inspired you have to get up and just do it. :laugh:

This thread is meant to challenge and motivate everyone who join. The plan is to lose 30bls in three months, That's 10lbs a month. (I know together we can do this!!)

the challenges runs from 6/19/11-9/19/11 Sundays will be weigh in. Anyone can join at anytime, just start on a sunday with your weigh in and go from there.

    ok this week was hard i did work out 6 days this week but i think my diet has too much sodium., cus at times i feel my hands swelling :-/. well next week i will watch my sodium intake more. its just that all the grab and go meal that are "healthy" has so much sodium. i guess i have to go shopping and prep food work the week instead of buying the prepackage meals.

    this week was bad for me. holidays are hard to stay on track with eating right and getting a work out in. well try harder next week
