it is Jillian Michael's 30 day shred video. you can pick it up at a Walmart or target store. it cost about $10 you will need a mat if you are working out on a hard floor and some 3 pound hand weights to do it. It works great to drop the inches and weight. you will be sore the first few days you do it.

I would not allow sweet foods or junk food in the house. Here is what we do breakfast consist of a healthy cereal(cheerios)fat free milk, and a serving of fruit.Then a small snack in the mid morning healthy of course(fruit,nuts,lowfat string cheese etc..) for lunch i always give them a serving of fruit,veggies and protein.…

I have it severely bad. I also have infertility issues with it. It does make it hard to loose the weight. I use to be on metformin but had to get off it because the side effects it caused me. Add me if you like.

I used the wii fit plus to calculate it go to add fit credits and put it in as medium as the intensity (it was the closet to what my HRM said I burned.) It will ask you how many min you did and then tell you how many calories you burned.

You can use them how ever you want. just realize that you only get so many a day. So I space mine out some. Usually about 300 hundred for breakfast and 300 for lunch and I then use the rest for snacking and dinner.

I just finished day four today. It does get better. My advice keep moving everyday after you do the workout. I did that yesterday and it made a world of difference.

Lots of fruit and veggies. Also lean protein to help you stay full through out the day.

Great job venting. This too will all pass. It is hard to take care of a toddler at times and deal with the emotional roller-coaster of a miscarriage. You are suppose to eat them all back. You are allotted the 1600 calories so you can loose the weight you put in to lose with out doing any exercises.
