I like this idea, with the mirror and how I look and feel. The weight to me is just a target, but I have gradually been increasing weights, so I think I will focus more on the mirror instead. I just have so much extra fat right now! :happy:

Yea, today was a weird day. I normally eat food other than fruit for lunch. Today, I had a rushed day between school and then I had an incident at home, so today is not the best day to go by.

Thanks for all of your help!! I do lift weights a lot, however, I don't log them in because I lose track too easily. I also always get nervous because I am always over sugar from fruits.. like 50-100 grams over, so should I worry about sugars at all? I thought cheese was not good!

I agree with you 100%! But it's just like I don't know how I can eat more calories because I eat the correct portions and the meals are generally well rounded?!

I have a mild allergy to nuts. I have since changed the meal plan to incorporate some of your suggestions. For breakfast, I am going to switch it up a bit, with some egg whites on whole wheat toast The protein incorporated is enough according to MFP Thank you for all your suggestions!

I weigh everything! and the orange juice is 6.5 ounces - so regarding the lots of sugar, it also has vitamins and gives me the morning kick i need. cereal ranges from cheerios to special K. I particularly like cheerios because I can put my fruit in the cereal! My breakfast is normally no more than 230 calories

I rarely log exercise as I feel that I shouldn't eat those calories back. And I don't know how to make the food log visible and I don't know if I want too... Sorry

Well, I count grapes, bananas, apples, but with cantaloupe, since it is cut up, I have to ballpark and normally I just have a piece or too before going out so I don't consider it. It's just how my crazy brain thinks :P

I use them for when I am at restaurants and I only have access to the calorie value. Although it is not technically being honest, if you do it once in a while you are good.
