Ahh, i feel your pain. Try a multi-vitamin. A good one. That's what broke my 11 week plateau. I tried everything that you did, and I'm not sure there is a concrete answer. I'm 5'5 and I weigh 166. I wear a size 14 --- I've lost 18 pounds and still wearing the same size. They are loose, but 12 is too snug. I carry weight in my gut so I buy pants to fit my waist which leaves me with a saggy booty but my tummy isn't cut in half! Great thread!

I would say everyone is different. For me, I hold onto sodium for about 2 days. I have to consume a large amount of water the day after eating a lot of sodium in order to drop the 2 usual pounds I gain. I go by this concept ( and again, everyone is different) 1. Congrats to you for walking 3 hours! Wowzers. that's a long walk. I think there isn't a safe way to lose 22 lbs in 5 weeks, but what are the chances that you will eat, exercise and consume the same amount of water for the next 35 days? Not likely. Error, maybe. agree. nothing safe about 800 calories a day! calories in < calories out = weight loss .. But 800 isn't enough.

Maybe you will have to make a choice...eat salad everyday, eat something that isn't good for you, or FIND time to make a lunch that will leave you with energy for the rest of the day! Thanks so much. Im still feeling the like the only person in the world who changes so much about my life, and nothing rewarding happens. But, I will up my calories and fiber. :) I'll be back one day soon to update my weight!

Yes, I am drinking 8 glasses a day...I'm doing this honestly and trying really hard. It's just a bummer to have no reward at the end of two weeks :(
