Sometimes you just want to throw somethig in your mouth! What do you do?

I use dried unsweetened apples, puffed wheat, puffed rice.

Your suggestions?

If it's that I'm just feeling snackish and not really hungry, I usually cut up a large carrot into sticks and that satisfies my need to chew on something. But carrots don't fulfill cravings or hunger pangs.

an apple a day......it just works for me!!!! I eat it with a handful of raw almonds or peanut butter (natural that is)
i also keep cut up celery and broccoli on hand, when I am really hungry I go for that with hummus as a dip

Popcorn. take a long time to eat and you can air-pop - which gives you room to add as you please!

You should include some quality protein at each snack time - vegetables and fruit are great, combined with some protein, will ensure you don't feel hungry as soon as you've finished eating.

    Eat some carrot/celery sticks with:

    90g tin of tuna OR

    Cottage cheese OR

    Hard boiled egg OR

    Grilled chicken breast
