I actually notice that whenever I do eat more than my calorie goal, it doesn't really hurt me, it really just means I need more calories from my activity that day. Do you track macros? Or just calories? Try changing up your workout too!

I'm always starving by dinner, so I eat a little snack around 4:30/5:00 (we normally eat dinner at 5:30/6:00ish). I will eat a almonds or cheese stick or any cut up veggies. Just something to make me not binge on dinner.

Hi! I ordered and am just waiting to receive it! I can't wait, I need something new in my daily workout. I am also going to say jamie Easons livefit. It is not intimidating to begin. There are videos to instruct you how to do a move! Along w/ food menu ideas. Her recipes are yummy too :-) good luck!!!
