Sorry guys, I'm out of the challenge cuz I fell down the stair and busted my knee up! I can only do knee push-ups, so that is out of the question for now. will have to try again next month! good luck to all of you!

@Heybales: Thank you so much! That is just the answer I was looking for. I was reluctant about cutting because I really want to build muscle and I understand that its harder to do so at a deficit. Plus, I'm sooooooo hungry the day after I lift and its hard to eat at a deficit on those days! So, I'll be taking your advice.…

I'd love to join this! I'm on Day 9 of the Ab challenge and it might be pushing it a bit to add this in, but I think pushing it might just be the way to go! I can't do more than 2 proper push ups at the moment..might have to start with the modified push-up and build up to doing proper ones. It's worth a try!

Eeek..I don't have a foam roll and gym isn't an option either! I will check out the bodybuilding forum link you shared and see if I can figure out which muscles to work and which not to! Thank you for the advice, much appreciated!

Thanks for the suggestions and great advice, everyone! I'm not much of a yoga person, but I have started lifting. And hopefully if I keep practicing, my back will get used to being straight again. :) :flowerforyou:

Good to know there are a lot of people like me out there! I have nothing against clean eating, but its just too hard. I'd rather eat what I want and then exercise it off (not that thats what I do :P, but in theory, thats what I prefer!!)

Thank you so much for posting this! I had a practically impossible to reach (for me) protein goal set and I was struggling to get it in and getting frustrated. I think I'll be much more comfortable with the levels I just set now! You're the best! :)

I'm the same height as you, but weigh 10 kilos more. I started Chalean Extreme thinking I wouldn't be able to complete any of the exercises, but I have found quite an increase in my strength already. You can give it a try with weights that feel comfortable for you and then slowly build up to higher weights! Good luck!
