30 day PUSH-UP Challenge

Ok so it's a day late, but guess what you can catch up quick!!!!!! Join me this month in a push-up challenge. We've done Ab's, We've done Squats, We've done Planks, now lets conquer PUSH-UPS!!!!!!!

    I'd love to join this! I'm on Day 9 of the Ab challenge and it might be pushing it a bit to add this in, but I think pushing it might just be the way to go! I can't do more than 2 proper push ups at the moment..might have to start with the modified push-up and build up to doing proper ones. It's worth a try!

    Did Day 3 again because that's the max I could go. Will aim for 20 push ups on Day 5!

    Sorry guys, I'm out of the challenge cuz I fell down the stair and busted my knee up! I can only do knee push-ups, so that is out of the question for now. will have to try again next month! good luck to all of you!

    I kind of did this starting back in January. I'm up to about 3 sets of 40 not including my normal workout. Hopefully in a cple months I will go to a cple sets of 50 everyday.

  • 25 pushups in the book along with my T25 and a 2.36 mile run!!!!!! I know for some 25 pushups doesn't seem like a lot, but everyday doing them makes you stronger!!!!!! Keep pushing!!!!!!
