I log my cleaning because it's not something I do on a daily basis. I will clean my entire apartment once every week or two and it takes a couple hours, so I log it.

I usually have to eat something because I will work out right after work when I haven't eaten in 4 hours. I noticed if I try to work out without eating my body gives up on me too soon because there is no food energy.

I'm 5'6' and my goal weight is 145-155. I have a larger frame and even when I ran cross country in high school I don't think I weighed less than that so I think any less would be unrealistic.
