Plus my daughter just got hired on at the gyms I teach at, and wants to work out- so I may jut get on an elliptical or treadmill and walk out some soreness from the week- Body Pump kicked my butt- I want to increase that into my workout week at least 2X per week!
Very happy with my burn- going to set my target higher next week, since I teach some additional classes0 -
