  • Some days I could go way above and beyond 1200 calories and other days I might have as many as 350 calories left over. Has anyone else experienced this?

  • today I gave in and ate half of a cupcake someone brought in to work...it was so delishious but high in fat and calories! I was also curious if anyone knows if we shouldn't be eating our exercise calories...or only eating some of them? I'm confused!

  • thanks that's those are a lot of great ideas! except I heard those lean cuisine dinners were really high in salt or something? I'm not sure I just heard they weren't super healthy for you...what do you guys think?

  • i barely ate today and I worked out really hard yesterday...i'm sore from working out! and the scale said I gained a pound and a 1/2?! maybe more? I drank a lot of water today...but this couldnt be all water weight could it?? ......reaaaallly frustrating!
  • i usually pack a lunch for work.... what do you guys like best to bring for lunch... i recently found out how many grams of fat and calories were in peanuts... needless to say that has been eliminated from my lunch also, i always hear it's good to eat lots of little things throughout the day to keep your metabolism up....…

  • i have this problem too! i usually i try to go to bed or i take a big gulp of v8 vegetable juice, its thicker so it's more satisfying than water and there aren't many calories! i'm going to try that brushing your teeth thing and see how that works
  • I' ve been well within my calorie intake but I've been going over a few grams in fat...is this okay? or do I need to change what I'm eating or what?

I usually just try to think about why I want the food and if I'm even hungry, and if I want something, I just eat it, but in smaller portions and if I know I'm going to be eating more later I eat light during the day, plus, having one cheat day a week isn't a…
  • i have the same problem! I just tell myself I need to eat that much to maintain my metabolism other than that I don't really have any suggestions, I'm still struggling with this but you're not alone!
  • anyone know of effective lower body exercise? i use an elliptical trainer, but I have a hard time losing weight in and toning my legs
  • i went over my calorie limit! by like 200 calories...should i exercise to make up for it? or will one day not kill me?

  • my best advice is to stay active and eat only when you are hungry if you get bored try to find someting productive to do rather than eat
