Oh I'm not depressed about it at all.. i've lost 90 lbs so obviously the last little bit is going to be a biotch to get off lol. Frustrated yes, but not upset or depressed about it. I've lost A LOT of weight so I can't complain now that I'm at the end.

Nope .. i've been counting calories daily for 13 months now and have lost 91 lbs. I think it's all about what you're putting in and what you're working off. If you dont know what's going in how can you possibly work it off? LOL

I've lost 91 lbs so far..... my abs DEFINITELY aren't abs of steel.. But it's also not HORRIBLE either. I have 9 lbs left to lose... and then I will just be focused on more toning and not so much cardio (will still do cardio but wont be my main focus).

Quaker makes low sugar oatmeal you can eat a pack for like 120ish calories....... and it is very filling (I think).

#1 don't let any Man put you through this. Eh... if you have the extra calories in your day go for it, ONE slice. But ACCOUNT FOR IT. I eat out of the "norm" for special occasions I just always make sure I COUNT IT!

I use Nature's Own... this week I bought the Light Honey Wheat.. it's 80 cal and 1 g of fat for 2 slices. I alternate between the light wheat and the honey wheat.. feels like i give myself variety that way :laugh: I have also used the WW wheat. But it's very thin.. so I prefer the Nature's Own brand.

I wouldn't say i totally cut out all white. But I am definitely more careful about it. I eat wheat bread, I use the "smart taste" pasta. I limit potatoes but DO still indulge in some oven baked french fries when I am craving them lol.
