Thank you. My macros are set for 40% carbs (108g); 30% Protein (144g) and 30% Fat (48g) so I will keep them like this, but try to stay under 100g of carbs so I can be in that constant state of losing weight ... I've been watching youtube videos with people talking about turbofire and I'm noticing that people do other activities around it ... I say keep with your schedule, but if you start to get overwhelmed just cut back on one of them ... only know how much you can handle.

I exercise at night and all I want to do is go to sleep afterwards, lol ... the best time to exercise is the time you can fit it in, so if that is night then do it ... don't let all these crazy myths confuse you ... and definitely eat breakfast, so you can get that metabolism going for the day. I eat every 2-3 hours ...

I can attest to this first hand ... I've done the HCG diet and it does work, but its temporary ... I lost a pound a day, but when it was over I went crazy eating all the stuff I couldn't' eat while on the plan and I gained it all back x2 ...

This is my first day and I did Fire 30 Class, loved it!! I'm definitely out of shape, had to modify the moves, but I think I kept up pretty good with a few mistakes, but like Chalene says - mistakes burn calories too. I'm doing the prep schedule and looking forward to seeing how my body responds to it.
