46, 5'1" 178 lbs. I need to lose 40 pounds. Working out is not my problem, its food comsuption. I gain weight easily, even though I work out 3-4x a week. I enjoy Jullian Michael workout videos

Day 27th.. I have difficulty doing the rockstar jumps. I feel like I'm going to fall on my face, since I'm top heavy I feel off balance with this move.

I started JM 30DS on Feb. 17th. I'm 45 years old, out of shape, and 30 lbs overweight. I posted these pictures this morning, and completed my 14th day. I'm on Level 2. I have been inspired by seeing everyone's results. I have been as consistent as I can, I missed a day due to a toothache. I have been frustrated because I've gained weight, but then I posted the photos and can see some changes in my body composition, so thats a motivating factor.

I just completed Day 12, ( Day 2 Level 2) I love that its only 25 mins because lately I just haven't had the emotional drive to workout for more than that. I cant wait to take my after photos after the 30 days and see for myself. =)

I just completed my Day 10 Level 1. it does seem like a long time since I started on 2/17/13. (skipped 1 day) Tomorrow, I move on to Level 2. I'm eager to record my Day 30 progress side by side comparison photos. Good Luck with your workouts. Keep us posted

Doing DAY 8 today.. I dont see a difference body shape wise (yet) but I have improved in my endurance and ability to complete the Level 1 workout, in just a week I feel more "in Shape"
