I'm 32, 5'7" and doing it all on my own for almost the last year, my sister who got me introduced to MFP is trying a new Dr. OZ diet now and my husband is a junk food junkie, did it with walking and portion control and would love some other people with similar situations/struggles, etc. Thanks!

I work full time and attend college part time on campus and online.

I don't drink.
I just graduated C25K even though I'm not up to 3.1 miles yet, just 2.6 miles in 30 minutes.
I bought 30 Day Shred but I haven't started it yet.
I would like a trainer to show me around the free weights part of the gym so I can start lifting
I'm wondering if I have PCOS due to body shape and some other issues
I do my best to make time for the gym around everything else in my life, it can be challenging though.
