I am a vegetarian 30 years and have done it wrong. I now no longer eat wheat (or sugar). I make veggie chilli, lentil soups, tofu stir fry, lite cheeses... Tons of recipes out there if u google.

well i have caught up a bit with my exercises supermen done - not as hard as i thought they'd be crunches (i do a ton of them anyway - and let me say - the amount i do, you'd think maybe just maybe i'd see 1 rib!) the knee in/out thing - i did them. i hated them. so i guess they're good for me. i'll see them again sometime…

all i feel like i do is clean and chop romaine lettuce! i am getting salad supplies like every 2 days! i eat a giant salad every single day for lunch (i'm so boring - a vegetarian who is not eating wheat and has to ease up on the eggs and cheese due to cholestoral issues, so lunch for me is basically salad, salad or salad!)
