Yeah, 1 day is not going to make a big deal and 300 cals in the grand scheme of things is not a lot. Start fresh today and try not to worry about yesterday.

1 thing to remember is your scale might not be calibrated properly. I would get 2 weights and "weigh" them. I know my scale is over by .3 then like a PP said you need to pick 1 day of the week and only weigh yourself on that day with little to no clothing on. I have some great people on my lists and I completely agree with the OP. Some people will do anything for attention even sabotage themselves while dieting. I have no time for negative people in my life!

I agree with all of the above about as long as you are staying under your calories. The biggest monster in dieting is depriving yourself of something. If it is within your calories and done in moderation give yourself what you want that way you do not resent the diet.

The last 10-20lbs are by far the hardest to lose. Have you adjusted your caloric intake based on your current weight and goals? Also have you increased your workout amounts? It is hard but you can do it!

My first question is are you drinking enough and especially water. If I do not drink enough I start to feel the way you are describing. Also are you eating enough protein? I used Palmers Stretch Mark Formula after I had my 1st daughter 7yrs ago and it faded them drastically. I just had our 2nd 7wks ago and I used it the whole time and I didn't get anymore stretch marks. They are still faded. Palmers is way cheaper then Mederma.
