Congratulations! I train for a marathon in the spring/summer and then do P90X and Insanity during the winter. My marathon is this Sunday so I'll start P90X after that - your progress just made me really excited to get started again! Keep going - you'll be amazed at your 60 and 90 day results!

I can totally relate! P90X and running have helped my butt tone up and I've lost an inch or two around my hips. I've read on beachbody.com that women tend to like their Brazil Butt Lift instead of the leg workout of P90X. I'm training for a marathon now, but I plan to try the Brazil Butt Lift afterwards. However, I have found for me that lots of regular exercise and watching what I eat have been extremely helpful. I feel my best when I'm doing the gluten-free thing, avoiding…

In the P90X nutrition guide, doesn't it say to estimate burning 600 calories a day on the program? Or maybe you could try looking up kickboxing in the myfitnesspal exercises?

Yes! More calories! I don't know what your height and weight are, but 1200 calories a day seems awfully low for someone who is working out regularly. Like previously mentioned, your body is probably "thinking" it's starving and hanging on to whatever it can.

I use Hammer Whey Protein and mix it with chocolate soymilk and a banana.... or vanilla soymilk and frozen berries. I use it if I'm running late and need to eat on the run or if I know my calorie intake is going to be low for that day and I need a little something extra. Protein drinks are also good if you drink them…
