I used to be 150lbs and I think I looked good and I did feel healthy at that weight. I put on loads of weight but hopefully looking to get it off again. Between 140-150lbs is recommended for around that height. Aim for that weight and then you decide when to stop or continue, see how you feel. I wish you all the best

That is excellent I wish I could have been a fly on the wall. It is so true that people do judge a book by its cover, people see a large person and automatically make presumptions. Good attitude, good workout well done.

I find that reading the success stories helps me, when you see where people have come from and where they are now it is motivating. Filling in your diary even when you think that you have eaten badly is a good thing, you'll be surprised at what your calorie intake actually was and that a lot of the time its not that bad…

I just had a look at it it doesn't seem that bad as you can modify it to the foods that you generally eat.
