Hi, I also exercise and eat well: I don't starve. However, if I want to lose anything, I have to stay at 1000 cals per day, or less. I suppose if I added in more exercise, I could eat more, but I can only do so much with my schedule. I am healthy and don't suffer from any issues staying at 1000. Just feel what your body…
