  • 6 days a week for me. I'm doing Insanity and on the 4th week so anywhere from 30-55 mins depending on the day. Once the second month starts It will be closer to 55 mins every day. Sunday is my day of rest, but I try to get a walk in with my bf and our dog, of about 3 miles or more. :)

  • I do agree Zumba is fun, and I throw it in for a mix now and then. But I prefer P90X and Insanity. Though you do need about an hour for P90X and at least 40-55 mins for Insanity depending on the day. And both are 6 days a week.

  • I found P90X helped me get rid of weight pretty good. And Insanity which I am doing now is better for endurance. Now if only they did both together. So me and my boyfriend are alternating between P90X and Insanity for a few rounds. Then might make a hybrid of the two of our fav workouts. Hope this helped. Stephanie
  • I guess you could if you really wanted to. Probably not the best thing to eat. But as I have been told you want to eat at least 1200 calories a day Net. So yes you want to eat back some of your workout calories. If not all. Since you don't know if that is 100% correct in that you burned that many calories.
  • I can't really drink milk lactose intolerant so I try to stay away from milk and eat very little cheese. I do love my yogurt though. Sadly it makes me sick though.   • That makes sense I guess. Still morning here so still half asleep. :) But I am relying on my HRM for calories burned. I just don't know what else to put for intake as I am hardly ever hungry. But I try to eat something every 2 1/2 hours to keep my metabolism up as best I can.

  • When I reached my half way mark, I got the first part of my back tattoo done. Its a Gaelic cross with a claddagh for the ring. When i reach my goal. another 50 lbs or so. I will get the rest of it finished. Celtic knot wings coming from behind the cross, and my families name. But that's me. :)
