155 lbs 5'7 size 8 US

I always give to family and friends first. I gave my sister a big bag of clothes and simply asked her what size she was. When she told me 10, I asked if she wanted the clothes.

That you will want to shop till you drop! I can't get enough of trying on and buying new clothes :)

5'6 hourglass, 150 lbs and wear a size 6-8 US. At 180 I wore size 14 170 was a tight 12 160 was an 8-10

Farthest left is summer 2015 at about 180. Middle is from December 2015 at 170. Right is current at 153! 8 more lbs to goal!

I have been playing around with my cals for awhile and found that I can maintain easily on 2000, but to lose weight 1800 is the most I can eat. I don't mind the slow loss since I'm only 8 lbs from goal. 5'6 female.

Mine seems to be accurate. I have the alta. I have it synced to mfp and absolutely eat the calories it gives me. I am still losing a pound weekly and never feel hungry.

I usually pre log dinner daily because I meal plan every dinner. It helps me stay on track for the day because I like to use most of my cals for then.

You can definitely eat healthy especially if you have the table service dining plan. Quick service is a bit more tricky as most of it is burgers, fries, etc. But still, it can be done. And like others commented, you will be walking like crazy. I managed not to gain miraculously even eating dessert

I love my alta! I linked it to mfp and get a nice amount of calories added daily. I thought it was too good to be true at first, but then I saw my weight steadily dropping!

It all depends on your week. If you have done well and ate under your calorie goal up until today, then you will be fine. Tomorrow is another day.

I wouldn't. Just do your best estimate and keep your portions small.

I was on prednisone for 8 months. I know how you feel. I could not control myself. Prednisone is notorious for weight gain. Once I got off things started evening out within a few months.

I feel like I look bigger than I actually am :( I'm 155 5'7 but feel like I look more 190. I have a terrible body image though

The elliptical at a high level burns a lot of calories

I have thought about it, but I know myself and I would be obsessed with constantly trying them on. And then I would be discouraged and upset if they don't fit.

Correct me if I'm wrong OP, but I think she is more talking about brides buying dresses that are too small in order to lose weight to fit into them.
