Hi Sweetie, I have not read through the pages and pages of comments and so on....so pardon me if I am repeating what others have said. I just recently obtained my personal training certification through NASM and it was repeated there as well, that a diet lower than 1200/day should be done only under medical supervision. As…

I have had similar results with "Challenges" (Ripped in 30, TurboFire, BikiniSeries, etc). Here is my opinion: looking at your beginning stats, you have pretty good curves already (meaning your probably at ideal weight and look good). I don't think there is much for you to lose without your body going into Shock or…

Welcome! Feel free to add me. I'm online everyday and have been a member now for quite some time. I met my first goal in 2012, but have been stalled in a plateau for my second goal.

Looks like you have a bunch of good reply's already, but I recommend pulling a Hal Higdon half marathon training schedule online. 12 weeks is recommended time for training.

I'm gonna give you my personal opinion based on MY experience- go back to 1200 cals a day. I'm so sick of hearing about "Starvation Mode", I think its BS. /\ /\ /\ This is me......I have been in a year long plateau. Just last night I reset my calories to 1600/ now I feel more confident about it!

I think it is a combination of; 1. I think the heavier you are, the harder you have to work, the more cals you burn 2. MyFitnessPal seems to have inaccurate calorie counts in the system- use a HRM

Not Sure if this will help, or make you feel like sh_t, but I've been in a plateau for over a year!!!! I work out 5-6 times a week as well. I aim for 1200 calories a day and ALWAYS eat back my exercise calories (some days I'm under 100 cals, some days I'm over). I have to say that I think I am a fairly fit person - I'm…

I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, somedays are better than others :). And I always eat back my exercise calories (most of them anyways). Feel free to add me- I'm on everyday and been a member since 2011. I have an open diary as well. I met my first goal in 2012 and working on my second.
