i would stick with milk. yes eating healthy is more expensive. dont be conned with all the marketing and fancy vitamins it triesto overload you with. all hype. best way to get these vitamins is by natural whole foods i.e veg, fruit... milk .. etc not to mention all the sugar it contains in the special k drink!!!

nutrition facts are a start but only half facts. i would also check what ingredients goes into the food... are there additives.. or other toxic chemicals in the food? i would not eat anything .. not knowing what exactly is in it.

yea only way you gonna weight i.e mass is hitting the gym. lift big and eat big. track your food.. i would start off with 3000cals and work up, if you are still not putting on weight, make is 3500 cals. and eat clean food. get into a lifting program like starting strength - mark rippetoe

in your eyes what makes you different from everyone else? you need smaller goals, a goal like looking like beyonce is not realistic. hence the food trackers / weight gauges here. realistic and small goals = longterm and achievable plans.

erm make more food? Are you prepping food just for one meal? Make bigger proportions. If you know you wont have access to good clean food for x amount of meals.. then plan ahead. Make a big batch of vegs .... big batch of rice .. etc ... stick it all in tupperware and in the fridge

also no side effects with whey. check what other ingredients are in any brand of protein. dont believe in the scaremongering.

I get plain whey, has 1 ingredient = whey and mix it with water. obviously if you cant stomach that you can add fruit, blend and make a smoothie e.g bananas, mixed berries .. etc depending on if it fits in your with cals lots of recipes online

If it were me, I would take out the sugar, no idea why it needs 1/2 cup of sugar. Change the bacon to a leaner meat no raisins and have homemade mayo but then it's like a completely different meal hahaa ;)
