    full body, sticking to compound moves, no contest

    I'd also recommend full body. Especially when starting out -- faster motor learning, faster neural adaptions.

    Full body....most bang for your buck.

    Full body, and for me it kept my work out days short and simple, bit less of a chance of burning out when new to lifting. in my opinion.
