Milk vs. Special K Protein Shake?

Okay I'm in college & the amount of nutrient rich, yet quick & easy breakfast options are very limited. I've taken a liking to liquids that can hold me over until lunch time (for some reason, probably due to high carb & low protein content, bars don't hold me over nearly as well).
Lately I've been drinking these Vanilla Special K Protein shakes that they sell at the convenience store for $2.50. They have 180 calories, 5g fat, 18g sugar, 5 grams of fiber, & 10 grams of protein. Plus they have a RIDICULOUS amount of nutrients, which I assume are all artificially added (Vitamins A, D, B12, C, E, Niacin, Biotin, Magnesium, Calcium, etc etc etc) The issue is that one, they're quite expensive for the 10oz you get, & two, they're highly processed & have lots of artificial flavoring & whatnot, & I'm trying to kind of steer away from highly processed foods as much as possible.
I've figured that the only alternative is milk. They don't have lowfat, soy, or skim, the best they have is 2% but they're in pint-sized bottles for only $1.35 each. Each bottle contains 260 calories, 10g fat, 24g sugar, 0g fiber, & 16g protein. I figure that simply due to the higher volume of drink & higher protein content, the milk would keep me fuller longer. HOWEVER the milk has wayy less vitamins & minerals than the protein shake.. idk what to choose.

i would stick with milk. yes eating healthy is more expensive.
dont be conned with all the marketing and fancy vitamins it triesto overload you with. all hype. best way to get these vitamins is by natural whole foods i.e veg, fruit... milk .. etc
not to mention all the sugar it contains in the special k drink!!!0
