Gaining Weight.

Hey guys,
I'm new here and I am beginning my journey in becoming a healthier and happier person. I'm a tall (6'1) male and I weigh 155lbs.
I've never really been in shape and I've always been skinny (aside from a little bit of love handle and belly pudge :tongue: ). I am looking for some diet and exercise suggestions. I'm trying to gain weight but definitely don't want these love handles anymore haha. Looking forward to hearing from you guys!

    I am sure you are going to hear...
    Eat proteins and start weight lifting.
    It isn't that you need to put on fat weight, you need to build muscle.
    Bulk yourself up a bit.

    yea only way you gonna weight i.e mass is hitting the gym.
    lift big and eat big.

    track your food.. i would start off with 3000cals and work up, if you are still not putting on weight, make is 3500 cals.
    and eat clean food.
    get into a lifting program like starting strength - mark rippetoe
