  • After walking ..very fast pace for 60mins, boxing then squads ..damn hurt...trying to go to the loo was the worst.. :blushing: love the hurt..it knows i have down a workout that has done my body good!.. the best way for it to go away is todo it all again..that way ur body gets used to it quicker..only lasts a few days..
  • I dont eat my exercise points so over 4 days of saving them up i'm guilt free once a week when i splash out!

  • I did weight watchers..lost weight but had to pay each month...they changed the point system half way through my membership...so after all the information i had put in..just went out the window..so i lost interest..with this program its simple and easy..LOVE IT!!! :bigsmile:

  • You can usually get tofu which is marinated in stuff..we have here..thai tofu..curry tofu..chilli tofu...you chop it up into small cubes and throw it into a stirfry..dont try and eat it alone..its ewwwwwwwwww...but the flavoured ones are yummmm..try it in a vege fried rice...i put about a tablespoon of olive oil in a wok…
  • Have you had that wine before?? perhaps you should check the ingredients and see if there is anything different to the wine you have drunk before.. I havent had a reaction to wine before..but i know some wines have additives which can cause an reaction

  • i used to walk with my bubs in the stroller...it was an excuse for me to get out of the house..somedays it was hard even to get dressed..so i made a point of having a routine with it..as they get older i would take them to the park to play..so we both got rid of some unused energy.. hope that helps

  • Balsamic vinegar is yummy on salad..just use a lil tho..also in aus we have flavoured tuna..the best one i love is indian tandori tuna...is awsome..im not a fan of iceburg lettuce.. i love oak leaf..which has a ton of flavour..grated carrot..tomato..yummm another salad i make is a light version of cesear…

  • Welcome..im new to this site also..from aussie also..this has got to be the best and easiest site ever to lose weight.. i have tried another in which i wont mention but i had to pay a monthly fee..i lost weight but at a cost to my pocket..and i didnt get the support..here you get support which dosent cost a cent..its a win…

I find if i get up in the morning i am more motivated to go for a walk..yet in the afternoon after working and kids..cooking dinner..homework..i find there is no motivation at all..so try the morning walk..in summer time getting up early its gorgeous..best time of the day..in Australia its going into winter atm..so…
  • Aussie here needs to drop 19kg which works out to be 41.8 pounds..just started ..AGAIN...this time its for good!!! I just walk for about 40mins 3 to 4 times a week...so see how this goes for me.. :wink:
