Yes I did. My family doctor at that time was wanting me to get weight loss surgery and I didn't want the surgery. So I asked my chiropractor how to lose weight,

I am a diabetic and on insulin.

I really don't know why he wants me to do the low glycemic diet. He never explained why.

When I first started my weight loss I ate healthy and walked. Just by walking and watching what I ate I lost over 100 pounds. I still walk and now I use the stationary bike and I do strength training.

Go get some Biotin. I started taking it when I started my weightloss because my hair was coming out.

You CAN do it !!!! Just portion control your food and soft drinks. You may want to get a food scale to measure your food if you don't have one already. The food scale will help great.

You need to buy an "HRM." It is a Heart Rate Monitor. It tells you how many calories you burn during a workout.

Try roasting squash and zucchini. Also try sweet potato fries you can bake these in the oven.

Donate. I donated bags full of clothes that was way to big on me. I took them took Goodwill. Then a friend of mine told me to start giving them to her. I have gave her several bags full of clothes.
