NSV.... Dress Pants
I was trying some outfits on because Tuesday I will be speaking to a group about my weightloss journey. Well I tried on my dress pants and they are to big. I will be going shopping sometime in the next couple of days to buy new dress pants before Tuesday. I am very excited about this. Here is to getting skinny!!! :)

Need some input...
I my right knee is inflammed pretty bad. My doctor told me not to walk as an exercise. I walk 70 minutes all the time. Since I am not allowed to walk he told me to do some Strenghth Training. How should I log this or Should I log it? I go back to the doctor Monday morning to see what he says. Thanks.

Exercise Ball
I went and seen my Dr. this morning. He wants me to use an exercise ball to balance myself and to do leg lifts. Should I count this as a form of exercising and how should I list it? Thanks in advance.

Be Careful at Subway
I went there this morning after doing my walk. I got one of there 6 inch black forest ham, egg white and chese flatbread sandwich. The sign on the glass case said it was only 170 calories. I logged in on here and it said that the sandwich had 370 caloies. I emailed Subway and told them what I thought. I hope they listen.
