I need some friends, and some motivation! I also love helping to motivate others. We can do this!

My absolute favorite way to make butternut squash is with sugar-free maple syrup (you could also use regular syrup, but this has less calories). I spread the squash out on a baking sheet and add just a little bit of water to the pan to soften the squash. I bake it for about 15 minutes, tossing it once to soften the squash.…

how do you add pictures?

@jnero62002 - NICE BODY. Do you work out or something? :)
-
I had to cut out things I couldn't control myself around, ie: Almonds. I don't think it's necessary to cut any one thing out, but if there are things you can't stop eating once you start, I'd cut those out for the time being.

I love the group idea! How do we do that?

I've been told that if you can keep about 12 hours between your last meal of the day, and first meal the next day, it helps your body burn more fat. I don't know if this is true, however, I typically try to follow this...if I have my last snack at 9pm, I will have breakfast at 9am the next morning. :)

Hi everyone - thanks for your responses! :) @Mommyjenlynn - I'm also losing weight to feel better about myself :) I remember what it used to feel like to be thin, and I miss those days! I know we can get this done - every day gets a little bit easier.
-
nice work - you look great!

@mdcjmom - you look like a Bridget :)

@spicypepper -- you honestly look just like Katie Holmes! So pretty!!

Your post really inspired me (and also made me tear up a bit). Whether you have 200, 100, 50, or 20 pounds to lose, let's be real - losing weight is probably one of the hardest things in the world to do. I have total faith that you can do this - being on MFP is the first step. I love this site, I log on everyday, and it…
-
I do this almost every morning - it really, REALLY helps me stay on track!
-
Definitely add me - always looking for new friends and new people to inspire me!!
-
I'd love to be your friend :) I have been on MFP for about 2 weeks and really enjoy it. Friends help! Looking forward to our journey together - we can do this!! ~Amy B.

Thanks for the support everyone. I really appreciate it and need it!!!!!

I've been using 188 calories per 20 minute session, but it obviously depends on which level you're doing and how much you weigh. I must say, it's QUITE the work out - I've been doing it for about 2 weeks now and I can already see a difference. Are you all liking it so far?
