Unfortunately, I'm stuck in a contract until June with WW. I was a returning lifetime member. I lost my weight on one of the old plans while training for a half marathon. Once I really became an athlete, WW wasn't a good fit for me because I couldn't eat enough. With the new Freestyle plan, I thought that it would finally…

Nike said it best! Honestly, I hate getting up in the morning, but I know that I feel better when I get my workout done before work. And I know that no matter how much I try to convince myself that I am going to do my workout in the evening, it just doesn't happen. My problem is when I get up that early, by the time I get…

Also, FYI, I was really sick in the early stages of pregnancy and I found that if I ate, I felt better. Don't not eat just because you're trying to stay within your calorie range.

I teach 4 and 5 year olds. I started in October of 2014 and have gained 20 pounds since starting. It's really disappointing because I was in the best shape of my life and was training for a marathon when I started. I've regretted it ever since and plan on leaving at the end of the school year, in June. It's so stressful…

I've done it. It's a great program. I graduated from that and went to a 10K, then a half marathon, then a full marathon.

I agree with above poster about always having it with you. I also use a straw. I make little games with myself, like how far can I make the water go down before I have to take a breath, and silly stuff like that, buy hey, it gets the water down, I drink about 100 ounces a day!

Yep, several times :( I also carry the bulk of my weight in my belly. I had a lady ask me if I was pregnant once (she was the owner of a restaurant I was eating at) and when I told her no, she stood behind the counter and stared at me for the longest time and then asked me, "are you sure?" Another time, I was doing mobile…

EXTREMELY!! Helpful! Thank you!!! And thank you to AlwaysinMotion who sent me here!

Thank you!! I will read it right now. Congratulations on 100 pounds!!

Mine do this too. I know I get plenty of water. I have weird feet and they've always given me problems one way or another so I just thought it was me.
-
Post. I believe it helps to rebuild the muscle after working out.

Losing fat is all about diet.
-
That would be me.
-
Yep, water. It's taken me three weeks to finally see it on the scale.
-
YES!! But mine isn't recipes, mine is fitness and motivational posters! It's actually kind of why I'm here right now :)

It has taken me about three weeks for my gym work to show up on the scale. I notice that when I'm sore, I weigh as much as 3 pounds heavier than when I'm not. This week, all my hard work is finally showing up. Hang in there, keep doing what you're doing, you'll do great. I didn't look at your food diary, so I'm assuming…

I usually just use something comparable.

I eat pretty much whatever I want. Moderation is definitely the key. If I want a cookie, then I'm going to spend the 200 calories on a cookie and make room for it. I'll also work it off at the gym or walk or run around the neighborhood.

I lost 50 pounds on WW, hit lifetime and over four years most of it back. I got tired of the meetings and the points, and like you, the last time I tried it, I was starving all the time trying to train for a marathon without enough fuel. I ended up getting hurt and not getting to do the marathon. Now I'm back with mfp and…

I'm 5'1 and 157. I have mine set to 1200 and I eat back my exercise calories, around 200-500 per day. I lose about 1.5 pounds a week.

Too much sodium, I'm thinking. Less sodium, more water. I weigh every day too and it's always different. But I only have Mondays that "count."
-
Mine is open. You're welcome to add me.

How long ago did you lose your weight? How old are you? age plays a part in weight loss to some extent. Also, your metabolism could have slowed a bit from the on again/off again weight loss and it may take some time to get it back.

I like to use lunch as my biggest meal. I run/workout in the morning so I like to keep it fairly light before that. I don't have a snack between breakfast and lunch so I'm pretty hungry for lunch. Then I'll eat a light dinner since the heavier lunch will stay with me for awhile. then I have a light snack before bed.

I'm 5'1 and i didn't even change a clothing size until I had lost about 20 pounds. You'll get there! Are you doing any type of strength training?
-
Bottled water helps me. It's easy and portable and it goes fairly quickly. I line 4 up on the counter and I know they have to be gone by day's end. I still have a soda with lunch but knowing those bottles have to be gone makes it easier to reach for those instead of extra sodas.

I have found that if I am in the process of gaining, I feel heavy and unattractive at a heavier than goal weight. When I start to lose, I feel better at the same weight. Does that make sense? For example, my goal is 134. I got down to 118. When I was gaining weight, I felt so fat at 146. I got up to 160. Now that I'm…

I use the Costco Kirkland Weight Loss Shakes. They are so yummy and I'll drink one at breakfast. I don't do it as a "plan" per se, but it's a quick, easy filler for breakfast. I've also been known to zoom up a smoothie or have a Jamba Juice at dinner time. My husband works nights and my son is happy with pbj so I'm not one…
